This is a one-day class for new screenwriters who are looking to develop and write their first movie.

  • What goes into a treatment and how is a treatment structured?

  • What is a Pitch-Deck and what is it used for?

  • Availing of Funding within the Industry

  • Working and Collaborating with Creative Communities

  • Approaching Production Companies / Working with Producers

  • Collaborating with Directors, Crew and Cast

By the end of the course, an emerging writer will have the competence and confidence to create a feature film story, write the screenplay and other materials, as well as to approach the film production industry.
